9/29/15 One House To Room Them All?

It's on like Donkey Kong.  My side of the family will take a stab at creating some magic moments in the land of the Mouse (Mr. Mickey to you).  First, all the important peeps had to agree that they wanted to go.  Now that we got past that point, Wife started the discussion of "are we staying together or is everyone finding their own place"?  We all kept saying we like the idea of all of us under one roof, after all if my in-laws can do it, so can we.
The burden of getting the house has fallen on Wife, but she is good at stuff like this.  I said to the group, fine, we'll get the place, but we get first dibs on the room of our choice.  That means we get the true master bedroom with the king bed.  Everybody just sort of grumbled, but if we are going to spend extra time looking and choosing and making it easy, we should get first dibs.  Middle brother needs a king bed too, as well as my sister for hubby and her two boys.  My parents would like a king, but they said they could fit in a queen, then my younger brother needs at least a full, followed by my boys, at least two twins or two full beds for them.  My niece kind of wants a room, but only if grandma will sleep in there with her, we'll see.
Another necessity is a private pool, we love the idea of having our own and not having to go to a community area to use a pool, if we even decide to use one.  The rest is pretty standard, most of the homes we have looked at have game rooms in the garage, fully stocked kitchens, living rooms with good sized TVs, oh and WiFi.  WiFi is almost more important than cable, we all need to be online for good chunks of time.
Wife quickly got a list of 7 bedroom homes, ranging in price from $1300-$2000.  We are all putting our votes in, and hopefully, she will be calling and reserving in the next day or two.  The plan I think is to go to three Disney parks and one Universal, maybe both since everyone is a freaking nerd and they'll want to see the Harry Potter additions.  I am happy that we'll be going as a family, it's been a few years since we all went together.
