5/10/22 Cleaning For Visitors?

     We do not have people over like we used to, it seems like months since we last had any real company.  In the last couple of months, Boy moved out, Baby A took his room, and there we are.  Boy moved out in the worst possible way, he only took what he needed and left us his "leftovers", as it were.  I can't say anything is trash, but it is not stuff I can use.  The room next to his old room became his "3D printer room" and along with the printers, he has all sorts of assorted tools and just stuff in that room that I can't make heads or tails off to start putting it in order.  The best thing we can do right now is to just close the door and hope he comes back to finish cleaning that specific room.

    As far as his old bedroom, he left quite a mess, but since it was going to be overtaken by the younger brother, it was quickly cleaned and dealt with.  Even now, about a month since Mijo moved in, the room is still very clean, he didn't bring any of the clutter stuff from his room, to make the room look a mess.  This weekend, though, we decided since my family will be here, we should finish cleaning his old room, and do whatever needs to be done.  I moved the bed over to more in the middle of the room, and also, we picked up all the clothes that were still thrown haphazardly all over the room.  We were cleaning the room thinking my brother was coming, perhaps with his kid, and they would be spending the night, but we talked after we cleaned the room, and he said he is not coming over to spend the night, after all.  He is only coming for the graduation and then leaving after eating dinner.

    By default, we got the room cleaned, which makes the house look nicer, overall.  I also moved the bed downstairs into the weight room as I said yesterday.  This had the effect of making the living room look much cleaner, which is probably a good thing.  The weight room looks much cleaner, but I can also see all my workout gear is just pushed up against the wall, and that is no good for anyone.  At this point there is no point in complaining, this layout will be the look for a couple days, I do like the look of our giant living room, Mijo already is thinking of putting out his wrestling mats so he can wrestle his friends.

    I got one more day to do some more cleaning, which I think will be used to do some light cleaning in the kitchen, there are piles of trash that need to go out to the trashcan, and there is always stuff to declutter.  At least the bedrooms look ok at this point.
